ONLINE HYPNOTHERAPY SESSIONS
Online hypnotherapy is in many ways similar to face to face sessions with the exception you remain in your own home.
With clinics being closed due to the current situation, professional hypnotherapists offer hypnotherapy via Zoom or Skype and are having successful results treating clients.
STEP 1 - BOOK INITIAL CONSULTATION
Following an initial consultation, the first part of each hypnotherapy session consists of talking therapy. I work with ‘solution-focused’ therapy which focuses on solutions to problems rather than taking you back over the past. In this part of the session we discuss your needs and goals and using solution-focused techniques help you to imagine your preferred future, a future where you have a more useful perspective on the quality of your life.
STEP 2 - CONNECT AND BEGIN RECOVERY

The hypnotherapy itself, during which, I will use hypnotic techniques, which are perfectly normal and natural to help you achieve a state of hypnosis in order to focus on the removal of any and all issues, should you wish to to facilitate improvements and betterment in lifestyle, outlook and attitude, if this sounds like something you would benefit from please do not hesitate to contact me and let's begin
CONNECT
A computer (desktop or laptop) or a tablet/mobile phone with an internet connection. In my experience using a computer is more user friendly and has a clearer picture and better sound quality.
However, to use a computer you will need a webcam and a microphone, so if this is not available, think about using a phone or tablet.
FIND QUIET
You will need to find a quiet place where you are able to relax:
- A comfortable chair
- You will also need to consider confidentiality.
- Does the session need to be private?
- Can you be in a space where you are uninterrupted and cannot be overheard?
- You may wish to use headphones.

From the beginning I will lead the hypnotherapy session, all you have to do is follow and be prepared for change.
