My name is Sandra of SM Hypnotherapy and my journey into the world of hypnotherapy stems from my passion of helping my clients, my family and my friends be the best they can be.
My background of being a Holistic Therapist for the past twenty years has been enriched by my training as a Reiki Master and a Rahanni practitioner which enhances my therapies and lead me into the powerful world of Hypnotherapy.
Hypnotherapy is a state of focus where positive changes to yourself and your lifestyle can be made. You are safe, you are in control and you cannot be made to do anything that you do not really want to do.
